Hephzi is a visionary entrepreneur, author of The Diversity Playbook, and a leading voice in social sustainability. With a foundation in Investment Banking (ex-Lehman Brothers), she co-founded Kea Consultants and Equality Group, scaling them into industry-leading search firms.
An active angel investor and trustee, Hephzi is dedicated to directing capital toward diverse innovators and helping firms integrate social impact into their core leadership fabric.

Simon is a veteran search consultant with 15+ years of experience advising Private Equity and Venture Capital funds across Europe. Formerly Head of Executive Search at Equality Group along with a significant stint at Blackwood Group, Simon has led countless high-stakes investment and board mandates.
Starting his career at PwC in Business Recovery, Simon brings a rigorous, technical mindset to talent acquisition, ensuring that candidates are qualified not just for culture, but for institutional excellence.
